Zomato is well aware of the fact that as a restaurant and food supplier, it will have a number of complaints from irate customers.

The fastest is through twitter through their official handles @Zomato and @zomatocare.

(ii) via chat

The Zomato app enables the customer to chat live with the customer care staff

The chat functionality is in the account section of the zomato order app.

Normally, the customer care takes the problem seriously and follows it up with the restaurant and ensures that the customer’s grievance is resolved.

(iii) via website

Zomato has a dedicated feedback section in its website which can be used to file complaints and offer suggestions.
