I had ordered two waffles from zomato and they were underbaked. Cgocolate was also not filled properly. The taste was very bad. They are not giving me refund also. Customer service is very bad

Zomato is patronising all kinds of eateries without caring for their cleanliness standards or municipal authorities licencing. This is my observation in my locality viz, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bangalore. The same may be happening elsewhere. In the interest of the public and in their own interest , Zomato should do a check of eateries for cleanliness and municipal authorities licence to carry out the business.
