I requested on August 24 2018 to change the email but till today (14 September) it is not changed that make it to 20 days.
- I bought Zomato Gold in between this time on 7th September 2018 n i do not want my Zomato Gold privileges to get exhausted. Either give me the refund of Zomato Gold back in my credit card or transfer the Zomato Gold privileges to my new email a/c. But they fail to give any reply and alredy asked for the details on September 10 but no response yet.
Confirmation of email chage was been given on August 24 2018, I fail to understand what is taking so long and now if they failed to do there job whay they cannot transfer the privileges of Zomato Gold to my new email a/c. It is costing me a lot of time and effort. Please help me out with the same.
