Text of Complaint by Abinash Kar:On 14.07.2020 at 2:45 PM, I got a call from Mobile Number 9574705043) of Cardlesoft Enterprise. He offered me data entry job, saying they are a freelancing company under the surveillance of government. I’ve to fill up 640 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy and they will give Rs. 31/- per form(total 19840/-) and the software charges of 4000/- will be deducted from ur salary.

He said that you have received link and you will open the same on your laptop and create a link for the same. I am a student and I have a phone. When I receive mail, I open the same through link and create login for the same.

Today I received a mail from mail id districtcourt3810066@yahoo.com by giving legal notice  where they said come At Mehsana Gujarat District Court For Further Legal Proceedings And You Need To Be Present At Mehsana Gujarat District Court On 05/08/2020 With The Challan Amount Of 37950/- INR.
Failure To Present At Court Date, Court Is Liable To Issue An Arrest Warrant Against You.
