INSTALLATION Appointment of your Postpaid JioAirFiber connection with Set-Top-Box ref Order Number NO0001CRU8AY was scheduled on 10-Apr-2026 between 16:30:00 – 18:00:00 .
Service person came to home to install jio air fiber but they booked it in single point connection in which 7 homes can b connected and said to pay Rs. 2221.46 on Jio Prepaid Recharge barcode. they did not informed us about this single point connection mode. we said them many times to cancel our order and return our complete money. but still we have not received our money back. please! return our money back ASAP. Our complain is still on-hold mode.
