I am writing to raise a concern regarding certain charges applied to my rental payment transactions made using my OneCard.
While making the transactions, no additional or hidden charges were displayed. Furthermore, these charges were not visible in the transaction history unless the transaction details were expanded. However, upon reviewing the statement summary, I noticed that these amounts were categorized under the “Fees and Charges” section.
If these charges are genuine, I would like to understand why they were not transparently disclosed at the time of the transaction or clearly reflected in the transaction overview. This lack of visibility is misleading and raises concerns about transparency.
When the company agents came to me they were also not sure about these charges sometimes they were saying these are late payments and some GST charges
