Text of Complaint by bhakti sheth:

On 18/04/2026, I booked 5 flight tickets from Bangkok to Mumbai for travel on 5th June 2026 through Vimaansafar(https://www.vimaansafar.com/).
I paid a total amount of ₹90,556 for the said booking via [payment method].
Despite successful payment, the company has failed to provide any PNR (Passenger Name Record) for any of the tickets till date, leaving the booking status completely uncertain.
I made repeated calls to customer care, but the company failed to provide clear confirmation or valid booking details.
After multiple follow-ups, the company informed me that:
Only 3 tickets were booked, and
2 tickets were not booked, without prior intimation or consent.
Even for the allegedly “booked” tickets, no PNR or official airline confirmation has been provided, raising serious doubts about the authenticity of the booking.
The company has issued a refund email of only ₹21,480, which is significantly less than the expected refund for 2 tickets (approx. ₹36,222).
I urgently require the PNR details on or before 30th April 2026, as I have upcoming travel arrangements and need to verify and manage my itinerary accordingly.
The actions of the company have caused financial loss, uncertainty regarding travel, and mental harassment.

Grounds for Complaint:
Non-issuance of PNR despite full payment
Lack of transparency and possible misrepresentation of booking status
Deficiency in service and negligence
Incorrect and partial refund processing
Mental harassment and financial loss
Relief Sought:

I respectfully request the Hon’ble Commission to:

Direct the opposite party to:
Provide valid PNRs for all confirmed tickets OR
Refund the full amount for unbooked/uncertain tickets (₹36,222 approx. or more if applicable)
Pay compensation of ₹50,000 for mental harassment and inconvenience
Refund the deficient amount wrongly deducted
Pay litigation costs
Take strict action against the company for unfair trade practices

I hereby declare that the facts stated above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
