I had asked/requested zomato several times to remove my restaurant FAT BIRD having id -18965656 from zomato page for online orders as well as for reviews and ratings permanently….I had contacted over the zomato merchant care over the call regarding the same and I had even raised a query /issue over the partner app and mailed them too but there is no action taken by zomatò.I Had called up several times over the partner care number but there is no resolution done yet….I don’t want to be a part of  zomato because I can see fake things are going in zomato….FAKE REVIEWS /RATINGS …Open forum given to all to rate any restaurant without ordering the food.Any restaurant can manipulate their ratings by using their contacts which I don’t do and don’t want to do even as I don’t want to cheat my customers and as the third party is taking and getting the advantage to do fake and illegal things and Zomato is playing and with the restaurant’s reputation too.Zomato is also playing with the customers health and life as many customers order food by seeing the ratings of the restaurant which are totally fake in Zomato .Now zomato is forcing the merchant to work with them as after giving several reminders to them to delist my restaurant permanently they are not doing so and harassing me by not resolving the issue.Now here comes the best part of the zomato , the zomato representatives offers the merchants for taking the responsibility and offering  for making the food license for the restaurant that too with very minimal papers who wants to join as a new restaurant partner with zomato just to get business .This number 9836369252 for any confusion/concern & conversation.
