Dear Sir/Madam,
My Brother Mr.Bhalchandra Payaji Paykoli order the Mi Smart TV 4C Pro from Amazon India Website on 8th August 2019 expected date of delivery was 13th August 2019 between 10:00AM to 5:30PM, order no.402-9964204-8553945,Courier Company Tracking number is 1337267096830 as per courier service company tracking system product arrived at courier company place on 13th August 2019 3:45PM approx.I complaint on Amazon customer support 7 times i.e from 13th Aug 2019 to 20th Aug 2019 , every time customer service executive told me your order will be arriving today but still not yet received my product and I am not requested to courier service company for delay of delivery but in courier service company tracking system showing customer request for delay of delivery,this is totally wrong,false and frustrating,irritating and money and time vesting of customer i.e.courier service company blame to customer without attempting Delivery to customers,they updated in its system customer request for delay of delivery this is totally wrong .
I complaint to Amazon Customer Service Executive 7 times but not yet positive response not any action taken against courier company for delay of delivery 8 days delay from expected delivery date and time.
I am not requested to courier company for delay of delivery not any call receive from courier company about the delivery so why courier Company written in tracking system customer request for delay the delivery.My Brother 2 days salary loss also time waste.
I Kindly request you to take a strict action against Amazon India and Courier Service Company and any person who responsible for delay of delivery.
I am sent written complaint to Amazon and Delhivery Courier Company from my registered email address.I request many since to Amazon India Team for refund of my order money due not yet delivered my order but they denying the refund.
If any evidence require for same,i have all evidence regarding the same,i will provide the same while require.
I request you to take a strict action against Amazon India and it’s Delhivery(This is Courier Company Name) Courier Company.

Delhivery is notorious courier, they are harassing customer for every single delivery and lying continuously about status of delivery and updating wrongly in the tracking. They did same to me twice. It’s time to stop buying on Amazon.
