Dear consumer court,

Please help me,

Order ID- 404-0053084-8892349

Order date- 29Jan 2020

Order total- Rs 4049.00

Product- Asic’s men’s blaze nova coral basketball shoes.

Payment- Via Debit card.

I had received the wrong product inside the box. I complaint to customer care for which they form a queries for inspection. In which they found the reason for delivering me wrong product. And created request for picking the product. During the day of pick up the pickup boy refused to pick up my product as product is not matching to the actual product I ordered. I explained the whole scenario to the delivery boy but conditionally he refused to pick up the product. After which I complaint to customer care for more than 30 times but ordered cannot be picked up. Now 6 months have been passed and still there team is not refunding my money. I also self return the product to their respective address but they refused to take the product. I spent Rs 550 in courier service. But product returned back to me. I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.

Worst consumer care service, they can’t solve your problems even create more problem to you, Amazon can’t handle properly in Indian market, When their costumer care service agent made mistake they only said sorry to you and not improving their mistake,even they cancelled your product without your permission.

  2. Today I received my prepaid delivery, order nr 171-1277770-3954732
    5 prepaid Oral B Dental floss, but received only 1 package.
    The box was properly sealed, so it was incompletely packed, it did not even contain the invoice.

    I have contacted immediately the customer service, spoke with Mohamed, who advised me to wait until April 30.
    The reason that I do not wait until April 30 is, that he assured me to send me a mail after our chat with details of the following investigation of amazon which I did not receive neither. I do not trust amazon now.

    Hence I paid 3575 rupees I would like you to take action against such a fraud.

    What happens now?
    in the meantime I received a call from seller in UK:

    I just received a call from seller of UK who apologised and promised to send the 4 missing items, which will take until the end of next week because they have to be imported from UK first.
    He asked me to correct my bad rating, which I will do as I see he is willing to correct the error done by the Indian staff.
    However, the link for seller feedback is not anymore available for me, please provide it again.

    Nevertheless, the behaviour of the amazon chat was completely unacceptable. Just demanding to wait until April 30, assuring to send a mail for the proof of investigation and sending NOTHING is beyond any customer service.

    Please brief your staff in India.

I have ordered 3 items one mixer grinder, 2 fire-bolt smart watches, all the orders were separate, I paid the money at the time of booking, The delivery was in a single packet where one of the smartwatch was missing cost Rs-2500, I complained to customer care, they took 6 days now replying sorry u have received the item. This happen 2nd time with me. So sad I think I must delete all my accounts from Amazon shopping and also its AWS cloud.
