Two days ago I created a new account on 4rabet for sports betting, completed my verification process, and my documents were approved. On 7 May at around 10:00 pm, shortly after my account was verified, my account was suddenly blocked without any clear reason. At that time there was a balance of 19,000 rupees in my account.
I am a new user and I have carefully followed all the terms and conditions and rules of the platform. After my account was blocked, I contacted 4rabet customer support via chat. They only mentioned some sections, but did not give me any clear, detailed explanation of what rule I supposedly violated, even though I know I followed the rules and my documents were verified.
My 4rabet account is registered with the mobile number 9177346681. I have not even made any withdrawal request yet, and my account remains blocked along with my 19,000 rupees balance.
I request that my 4rabet account be reactivated as soon as possible, and that I be given a clear written explanation for why it was blocked despite successful verification and compliance with the rules.
