Text of Complaint by Tania Biswas:

During lockdown, I started a home based part time work to get financial help in a Company. Where 10000 CAPTCHA need to write in 10 days which I can not able to complete due to poor internet connection and also there website is no working well. After 10 Captcha entry always it was use to hang and I had to start from scratch.

No registration fees is there and no advance payment is also there before work. The payment was promised to be done after completion of work.

Fair enough.and as I have not able to Complete they have not paid me.

I have not signed any written aggrement too.

Now they are saying I have to pay 6900+3500, because of 7 days delay of responding the mail otherwise they will send me the legal notice to attend in court and charge me against some kind of criminal offence.

They are saying these on the basis of some aggrement paper of Rs 100 where I have not signed also. They called me before starting the work and asked me that I am ready to work or not according to the aggrement then I had to say yes.May they have recorded my call as my signature.

Is this possible?? Can any aggrement be done over the phone saying YES only?? I have not seen this in my life.

After that some one Called Dharmesh shah, advocate of their legal time called me and blackmailed me for the money and forced me to pay within 30 mins otherwise I would be hanging in court.

That person repeatedly called me and harassed me mentally. Today again they sent a mail asking for money otherwise they will see me in court – as per their version.

My question is “harassing someone for money” is not and crime??

No monetary transaction has made still why the company is still asking for money??

Please do something. I have seen many complaints against this company here only. They are doing there job in spite of a big number of complaints against them.

If nothing can be done they will continue like this to a lot more poor and financially – mentally weak people.

They are playing With the INDIAN laws system.

My heartily request please take a immediate and major step against them so that they are stopped and the person behind this will be punished.
