order 3 items but receive only 2, since chasing Amazon the very first day they said they will deliver but until nothing happened. today their customer care said it has delivered by 3rd party so they cant do anything and cannot refund my money. My Name is Puneet singh and i have ordered more than 15 thousand rupees order to Amazon. thei representative call to my family and start investigating about delivery but whn they dont get any success they said that the package got delivered to Puneet who is me and i never received it. they Amazon is not refunding my money and i want the money back else i will definately file a case in court.
