It is regarding the Amazon order id-404-8300247-9487559. As this order was Received Tuesday, February 18 to have in two tracking id out of which one is showing delivered and one is still not marked as delivered and this tracking is also not opening on official website. I have already reported that both indoor and outdoor units of different capacities and already shared the required images of the job sheet and bill for installation charges. I want to return or exchange the product and reimburse the installation charges.
