Text of Complaint by D.SundarChand: their consumers

I have purchased a laptop adaptor from on 17/11/2018. Invoice attached with one year warranty period. The Adaptor received from is defective and sent to service. I have received the defective Adaptor same without any service. I have paid Courier service charges Rs.80/- on 18/2/2019 through Professional couriers. Till today I have not yet received exchange/service/replacement from Every time they asking me to send the details once again, but not yet received any positive result from till today. Already 6 months passed. Remaining warranty period is 6 months only. They are reluctant to do any thing. Every time they are sending irrevelant messages like please be patience. How long it is they don’t know. I have vexed with I don’t want to pay further single paisa to I have lost Rs.5,00,000/- from my consultancy services due to their irresponsibility. I don’t have any muscle power, money power, political power.

So many times sent emails to customer care but nothing happened and no response till today.
