It is regarding the Amazon order id-404-8300247-9487559.
item name-Lloyd 0.8 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC (5 in 1 Convertible, 100% Copper, Anti-Viral + PM 2.5 Filter, 2024 Model, White with Silver Deco Strip, GLS09I3FOSEV)
as this order was Received Tuesday, February 18 to have in two tracking id out of which one is showing delivered, and one is still not marked as delivered and this tracking is also not opening on official website. I have already reported that both indoor and outdoor units of different capacities and already shared the required images of the job sheet and bill for installation charges. I want to return or exchange the product and reimburse the installation charges.
I am calling continuously amazon customer service 4 to 5 times but no response he was telling next date will be cleared, but it’s not solved problem 7 days ago, I am suffering this problem, my home wall is hole completely bad. I received an item 7 days ago that still does not replace or refund my amount and waste of air conditioner in my home. So please solve the problem, replace or refund my amount🙏🙏🙏🙏.
Please refund my amount of Rs. 28,490/- and also installation charges of Rs. 1416/- bill enclosed.
