I placed a high-value mobile phone order on Amazon worth approximately ₹78,000 with exchange and EMI processing. The exchange value approved for my old device was ₹9,850.
The order reached my local delivery station and went “Out for Delivery” multiple times. However, the delivery associate repeatedly ignored/disconnected my calls and failed to provide any communication regarding delivery timing.
I contacted Amazon customer support multiple times regarding this issue, and I was assured that the order would be delivered within a few hours. Despite these assurances, the delivery associate falsely marked the order as “Cancelled by Customer” without my permission or consent. I never requested cancellation at any point.
This caused severe inconvenience and mental stress because the order involved EMI processing and exchange workflow. I am also concerned about possible EMI/refund processing delays because of this false cancellation.
I request investigation into this issue, strict action against the delivery associate responsible, and proper resolution regarding the cancelled order and related financial processing.
