I have placed an order on www.amazon.in with ORDER ID 171-7751502-8605911, products are delivered to me on 20th August, 2017. I have even email to them on [email protected] dated 07.09.2017. After using this bakery products me and my family member got diarrhea and then after cold, cough, flu and fever etc. like viral flu. I have contacted amazon on 21st August about this concern and requested them to do needful for return the product as we suffer a health problem so why should i keep them. They assured me to wait 4-5 days then after so many times I contacted them but no fruitful result received in the case and they are tossing up my case. They are saying that item delivered so we can’t do anything it means they are cheating with the customers by providing non-eatable products and then tossing up the issue. I want refund of that as products are non eatable and cause us health issues. so kindly intervene in the matter for the same.
