Text of Complaint by Sayyad Babar:

I have booked ( Tatkal ) ticket by Paytm my journey date 20 april 2018 and train time is 17:30 Nanded to Pune Jn.

Before departure train from Nanded i did’nt get any message or mail regarding seat confirmation and i meet the TT (Ticket Checker) before leave train He said my ticket not confirm you have to get general ticket and travel in general coach.

After that i got mail from Paytm your ticket has been confirm at 20:00 clock

That time i was leave the train and i had travel by bus

So need my refund money those i paid for train ticket.

The Paytm sent confirmation mail after the train has been departed from Nanded

So need money back as soon as possible.
