I have paid Rs.4750 through Phonepe for TNEB bill payment on 16-04-2018, my transaction is
completed and Rs.4750 has been deducted from my bank account.
Which is already linked with
phonepe mobile app But still my payment of Rs.4750 is pending in TNEB website and I have
contacted Phonepe customer care on 18-04-2018 and they said that “Problem will be solved within 24hrs” and again i contacted Phonepe customer care after 24 hrs (19-04-2018) as my problem has not been solved as they said and on 19th they said me to wait till 20-04-2018 but again there is nothing happened and i contacted them again on 20-04-2018 and they promised me that they will solve the problem on 21-14-2018 for sure.
Then again there is nothing happened on 21-04-2018 as they promised so I called them again and then they again said me to wait for 24hrs and Today (22-04-2018) I contacted phonepe customer care they said me to wait till 24-04-2018
But today is my deadline for TNEB payment and TNEB has added Rs.96 as late fee, if i don’t pay Rs.4750 + 96 total of Rs.4846 on or before 22-04-2018 TNEB members will disconnect Electricity supply to my house.

So kindly take actions for their irresponsibilities and false promises of phonepe customer care due to the above problem i have been undergoing a lot of stress and depression due to phonepe.
