1. I am using paytm merchant account and on 7thfeb 2018 i received a payment of 10000/- from a customer and that 10000/- has to be settled in my linked bank account on 8th feb 2018 but amount has not been settled and i called customer care more than 50 times and they are not responding and everytime they say u will get u money till evening .
2. Nobody is giving the proper response and they inactive my merchant account
3. dont know y paytm personals are not responding me
4. so kindly file a complaint against paytm and i am attaching the screenshot of the transaction that customer smd money on my paytm merchant number
