On 7th Feb I wanted to pay a vendor Rs5000+ but my PayTM wallet had lesser amount so Rs1543.2 was deducted from my bank account. After which the online order failed . ₹ 1543.2 was neither credited back to my bank account nor to PayTM wallet.
wrote mails to them which they say I can’t reach and tried their automated message system without any help. I want this to be brought to right authority. Being a educated person if Iam finding it so difficult how many people are losing their money this way ?
please help to resolve not only my issue but someone from their side has to listen complaints on call or by e-mail .
