Dear sir/madam,

I have made a request to vodofone customer care to change from prepaid to postpaid.They insited me to visit the nearest store to submit a proof. I went to vodofone store(porur,chennai).They told that conversion can be done only at the end of bill period.so,I went next month for conversion but not able to go at that exact billing period time.Again,they told me to come back next month exactly during billing period.I am ready to pay the generated bill amount,still they are neglecting my request.Then what for they are working without giving satisfaction to the customers.

I am totally frustrated of using Vodofone because of poor customer service.Since i am using this Vodofone number for past 9 years without changing the network.but i am not feeling good  to continue the sertvice. Please do something to change my network or atleast make them to change my number from postpaid to prepaid.
