എന്റെ BOB അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ നിന്ന് novidigital വഴി 149 രൂപ ഡെബിറ്റ് ചെയ്തു. ഞാൻ അത്തരമൊരു ഇടപാട് നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. എന്റെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നുള്ള ഒരു ഒടിപിയോ സ്ഥിരീകരണമോ ഇല്ലാതെയാണ് പണം ഡെബിറ്റ് ചെയ്തത്.
