I have transferred an amount of Rs 6900 to M S Mobsir Transport Services (msmobsirtransportservices.eazypay@icici) through Super.Money on 08.06.2026 @ 16: 45, but the amount was not credited, i have made several requests and contacted their customer executives multiple times. They have asked to upload bank statement initially which I’ve provided to them then after 2-3 days they asked me to upload a video of my App where that transaction was made still I didn’t get my account credited. After that they asked me to provide bank letter for successful transaction which was also provided by me to them.
Even after providing all the proof and statements they have not credited my 1xbet account. Kindly resolve the issue as the amount is huge.
