Dear sir/ma’am,

I have transferred an amount of Rs 39999.57 to Dasmat besra ( boim-596085434909@boi) on 20.05.2026 at 10:50 AM(screenshot attached), payment was successful screenshot attached.

But even after several interactions with the customer executive and payment queries and mails,the amount has not been credited to my 1xbet account even after 26 days. I have provided all the proofs including statement, gpay screenshot and Bank letter but 1xbet team has not credited my account yet.

Amount is huge and this is harassment as my amount has not been credited yet even after several followups.

I request you to kindly raise my issue and help me in getting my money back.
