I purchased a product from paytm, I didn’t liked it as the quality was poor and I requested for return pick up as per tthei standard return policy that is within 7 days but i never received calls, messages, emails from paytm and their courier partner for the return pick up, instead the return pick up request status changed to return request rejected (How can paytm change the status when no one visited my home to diagnose the return item) I had contacted Paytm through their forum n message support but no response till now.. Pls find the attached screenshots and refund my money immediately.
