Hi team,
Airtel has been stopped outgoing facility eventhough I have balance in my Airtel prepaid. And I got to know that….it’s a mandatory to recharge unlimited plan or else minimum of 35₹…! Why should I recharge..? Earlier when I was taken a new sim…its a lifetime validity and incoming and outgoing (if have balance)facility with life time.why suddenly without intimate network can take decision to stop/Change the plan.its not fair. Please take a necessary action on network services. And also requesting to people please raise your voice againest network fraud. Don’t use Airtel and similar kind of networks
