while ordering a fresh product from Paytm I have received the following message:
Our system surveillance bot has flagged your account for high number of returns and cancellation ,and has blocked your account from ordering any products from Paytm Mall.
This is highly unprofessional conduct on behalf of paytm as product cancellation and return pertains to customer satisfaction.
please resolve this issue urgently.
