I have a salary account with axis bank since 2013 , but no salary credit from November 2014.
bank didn’t convert my salary account to personal account after 3 month but they convert to personal account on August 2017 and charge for low balance without any notice .
i have a credit card that one is expire on August 2017 and I didn’t request for new one but bank issue a card on March 2018 by default and charge for this card.
I need help to close and claim for this wrong charge
