Non receipt of Fixed Line Telephone Instrument.
I, Anjan Dasgupta, r/o H-1576 C.R.Park, 3rd Floor New Delhi-110019 had requested for a broadband connection under a certain plan wherein the fixed line telephone instrument is to be provided free of cost.
The broadband connection was installed on 29/08/2018 with fixed line no.01141045500, but the telephone instrument was not given citing ‘no-stock’ as the reason.
Self filed complain with customer care twice (request nos. 100006560 dtd. 13/09/18 & 100067328 again on 14/09/18), but till date the instrument is not received. SMS message against both the complaints mention that the issue has been resolved.
Requesting to please look into the matter on urgent basis and arrange to provide the telephone instrument asap as per the contract.
