Fraud by PAYTM
1st Mistake: PAYTM sends defective product.
2nd mistake: When I raise refund request as per PAYTM policy it is accepted and then rejected within 14mins of approval stating nobody available at home for pickup, is PAYTM so fast that person saw return pickup is there and rushed to my home straight away to pick it and then didn’t find me at home and the person didn’t even bothered to call, I think only superman can do this all in 14mins.Finally after waiting for more than 36 hours, I had to call PAYTM and check status for which PAYTM apologized and raised complaint request 38387588.
3rd mistake: Days went but PAYTM never bothered to call back for this complaint so I had to call again. After which email thing started send images of product even though I clearly mentioned there is no physical damage but defect is its motor jammed. During this 38387588 automatically closed by PAYTM and new complaint request 38326757 started.
4th mistake: Now after 9 days of my return request through request 38326757 got 3rd grade suggestion to go to nearest Havell service center and get it repaired. Bullshit, is this how PAYTM will run there business in future, I ordered many products from PAYTM in past but in future will never return to PAYTM for this cheap support and tactics.
I don’t have time to get product repaired as I paid full money for brand new product not the defective product, why should end user suffer. Either PAYTM sends person to get this exchange thing done or just get money refunded and pick your scrap from my place. Its not matter of money but harassment caused by PAYTM to end user as I am chasing since 18 Sep 2017. Warning to PAYTM was given in writting over email that if they dont revert i will consumer forum on 26 Sep 2017 since then no email or call by PAYTM which shows how they ignore there customers and are breaking there own policies of return of item.
