I purchased Moto E 4 from Flipkart, which they delivered it as on 25th Sep 2017. I am shocked to know that the mobile is defective with power button and display is not showing. I had hope on flipkart that it would not disappoint its customers. I am very disappointed with the product what they have delivered. Kindly help me to take refund. The customer care executive says that it is not possible to refund but need to replace with same dealer. I cant believe the replacement will be perfect. Flipkart is cheated me. I dont want to purchase anything from flipkart. I dont want replacement , refund my money immediately.
As I received the defective mobile from flipkart. I have lost hopes on Moto E 4 and also on the dealer who sent it and also on flipkart. Hence I cannot believe on the replacement of same product. I need refund of the same.
