I Order food from Swiggy (Order ID: 115917261699) on 28-Sept-2021, It was taking long time than expected, hence I cancelled my order. As per Swiggy’s policy they confirmed that I will get my amount refund by 05-Oct-2021. I observed that then have closed my fund request on 05-Oct-2021 but nothing refunded to my account. I checked with my back and they requested me to provide the transaction ID. I asked Swiggy to provide me the transaction ID and then the actual problem started from there.

Geyser is being used for hot water consumption instead of purifier. This could be a dangerous, since geyser water contains the scale deposition in the tank. This issue should be looked in to with utmost priority. Water consumption was last modified: October 16th, 2021 by Consumer Court
