Hi,
I called the customer services and asked them for a better plan (sept 2015). He explained a plan with INR 666/- having 1500 minutes national/local minutes and unlimited internet with speed upto 1.5GB at 3G and free unlimited after 1.5GB is consumed at slow speed.
I agreed to the above plan and provided the security details to proceed.
However, after the bill I was surprised that I’ve been incurred with extra charges for internet usage. I called again and they felt sorry about it as it was wrong plan activated. They refunded the wrong charges and assured that the old plan which is promised initially would be activated.
The wrong plan activated was of same value INR 666/- and 1500 national/local minutes and 1.5GB free 3G data. BUT after 1.5GB they charge 10p/10kb something and speed won’t get slow in this. I didn’t wanted that and it’s was not the one promised to me at time of sale.
In next month as well I got the extra charges for internet again. I was shocked this time. Why this is happening even after the previous operator kept me assured. I called the operator and he was not listening. I tried to call them again and again and still no response.
As this is the only phone I’m having. I’ve lost all the job offers/ disconnected from my family even at time of christmas and new year. I can’t wish any of my business contacts because of vodafone mistake.
I completely trust Judicial system of India and urge the consumer court to give the penalty to @VodafoneIN to recover my loss. Also, I wanted to keep my number active till this case is resolved.
