Hello,
In september I paid my MTS postpaid data connection bill. The bill amount was 1139/-. By mistake, I paid 11139/-. After a lot of sad customer care responses, I was able to raise a request (Request # 9696909) to refund the excess. I was told the money will be returned within 45 days. In the meantime, due to their bad service I asked them to disconnect my connection.
After 45 days, in November when I asked for an update, MTS came back saying the connection was permanently de-activated on 13th November, so money will be refunded within 45 days. After 45 days, in December, wrote to Appelate officer, no reply yet.
I called customer care, they are asking me to send email to Appelate again.
