I ordered product from city mall app and due to some issues I was unable to take the order i had to cancel it at door step. But hearing this the delivery boy started abusing and misbehaving my mother (senior citizen ). He started saying aukat ni h to khareeda mt karo, order kyu krte ho tum jaise log etc.
He insulted and threatened my mother ..
I called the dealer of my place Ms. Savita she started taking side of delivery boy and she also abused me on phone.
My order id was 17956301.
I want justice for my mother and myself how can he insult us in person and on call..
Looking forward for justice from indian government
