our airtel mobile/broadband no:07760166884-07259014927, from day one these both connections with bad services, we have complaint to airtel chairman/customercare to rectify the same several 100times, but regret they have not taken our complaints seriously,we had given a letter to surrender/disconnection of the above mobile/broadband no:07760166884-07259014927,but regret they have been raising bills and forcing us to pay the same.please note for almost 6 months we are paying the bills for NO SERVICES AT ALL.please seek your action and justice in this regard and hope our amounts for the above 2 numbers will be refunded for almost 6 months bills.
please take strict acition and please call for records for our complaints made to the customercare dept and to the hon.chairman of airtel too.please take strict action in this regard.
