Respected Sir/Madam, From 10th may 2020. I was trying to get PORT code from Vodafone, for this I had sent message to 1900 PORT 8390710544 in response of this, I got message Cancellation message mentioning. “UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. please contact 1900”.
