Text of Complaint by Shaima:

I ordered food from Zomato on 1st November 2022. I paid the amount. After two hours of placing the order, I got delivered notification and a bill but I did not receive anything. When I complaint this on Zomato, they responded with we’ll get back to you in 12 hrs but they didn’t.
