Text of Complaint by Prince Vishwakarma:

I’ve ordered full size trackpant as shown in picture on meesho app. I received the item on 2nd November, timing is approx 3-4PM & when I opened the packet, it was half sized lowers inside it. I called the customer care, they directly denied for the return / exchange as they have 7 days policy because Item was showing delivered on 24th October But I received it today on 2nd November only. Even on 24th, I was on a Diwali Leave.
