Text of Complaint by Shruti Mathur:

I ordered food from Bikanerwala through Zomato on Aug. 04, 2019.

After sometime I got a message that your order got cancelled as you were irresponsive and didn’t pick the calls from support team as well as the delivery person. However I neither  received any call from the delivery person nor from  any Zomato support team member. And despite sending several mails to the Zomato , I never received my refund of rs. 1000 till now

And now they are not bothered to listen to my query.. My Zomato Order ID is 1764948461.
