Text of Complaint by Sujata Dash Choudhury:

On 26th.May’2018 vide order numbers 5240772948 of  Rs.5000/- & 5240793828 of Rs.5000/- have been uploaded and debited cash through ICICI Bank reference numbers IIN/PAYTM/20180526164429 and IIN/PAYTM/20180526164300. My PayTM registered mobile number is 7873323689 in the name of Mrs.Sujata Dash Choudhury. Since then we are trying number times to refund our money to our Bank account due to non-usage of Wallet. For last one year and above PayTM officials talking over telephone and saying every time to sort it out in the very next day sending some officials to our house. But till date there is no solution to this issue nor Wallet balance is showing. Every time PayTM company is giving the false commitment for a solution.Total a sum Rs.10,000/- is obsolete from PayTM wallet and the reason is not known or PayTM company is not interested to resolve it. As a result the hardest earning money is lost or fraud by PayTM Company. Please be noted that till now we have not spent any single paisa through PayTM wallet or order. You are requested to please look into the issue nd obliged.
