Text of Complaint by Priyashree Baldawa:

I placed an order on 23rd Jan and an item was missing in my order. Zomato customer care provided me with a coupon for refund and I received the below message “Sorry, you had trouble with your order. Get flat ₹168 off on your next prepaid Zomato order. Use code OZFJZJ795UHI. Validity 30 days.” Today is the 30th day and when I place an order it shows the coupon is expired. They say it needed to be used by 6:30pm whereas on coupon it clearly said 30days and no time.“Mimansa karan” was the associate who told me there can be nothing that can be done and the coupon is expired as I didnot use it till 6:30pm.
