I ordered food using zomato but it was not delivered I cancelled the order and they are not giving my money back and no one responses on their customers support chat.

Yesterday I will seen pizza in zamato side in faridabad.i don’t know suddenly my order confirmed and paid by paytm then delivery boy is come to the area but I am not accept the pizza. But zomato was not refunding my money.my order no. Is ZTD-2-1E9237E37DCF7 in Rs.645.50 to Zomato pls give me my refunding money
