I ordered food on Zomato last night. I was following the order on my cell phone. The application showed that the oder left the restaurant, but it was not delivered and after a while Zomato app showed that the order had been cancelled. The truth is that I never cancelled the order, Zomato did. However I called the restaurant and asked them why had the order been cancelled, they told me that they did not have any delivery personel and it was the duty of Zomato to pick up the order and deliver it. I asked them what I sould do and they told me that I should order again. I went on the app to order again and to my surprise Zomato was charging me 202 penalty for cancelling the order. ULTA CHOR KOTWAL KO DANTE is an understatement. You have not delivered my order, you should be delivering me free of cost for your mistake, but instead of apologising to me, the customer who has not been served, you put a penalty of 202 Rupees on my next order.
