I ordered big muscle raw whey protein isolate from paytm on 27-03-19 by paying 3499 online using paytm wallet. My order number is 7772372227.
On 29-3-19 paytm showed that order has been delivered to me, and i didnot recieve this product. I enquired for more than 5 times , the response from paytm usually was that they will investigate and within 4-5 days they would come up with the reply that order was delivered to me by bluedart courriers. Morever on asking proof paytm showed me the order has been delivered to somebody named ram , with his signatures, my name is not ram, i didn’t get any calls or intimation before this delivery, my name is vaasu kabra, how can such a big company deliver the product to anybody and fakely show anybody’s sign to claim that the product has been delivered. For instance if i had ordered something expensive like a tv , paytm will not deliver it and show anybody’s sign and say the tv has been delivered?
After all my efforts with utterly unprofessional paytm customer care went vain, i went to bluedart’s office to find my what happened. I was completely shocked to hear what i heard from bluedart. Unlike paytm bluedart tried to help me. They confirmed that their delivery was not given to me. They even said because the delivery was a mishap they were debited of the money by paytm on 12-04-19 , despite receiving this money from bluedart and being confirmed that the delivery was not made to me paytm still won’t accept it even after the courrier partner has confirmed it.
What should i do now, paytm is cheating me of my money?
