Text of Complaint by Bharat Bhushan Goyal:

  1. Zomato delivered my order at a wrong address inspite of correct address mentioned by me in their app. And charged my card for the same.
  2. The reason given by them was because their system picked up a wrong location (approx 3 Kms away).
  3. Then they cancelled my order and delivered it back to the restaurant and  refused to give refund.
  4. When I contacted the restaurant to pick up my order, they said Zomato did not return the order to them also.
  5. I tried telling the same to Zomato through Chat on the support section in their App but they also didn’t help inspite of following up for more than 1 hour.
  6. It’s a clear case of Cheating and Fraud.
