If there was negative rating to jio then I was glad to give that because of their customer services and network each time hearing the same satnzas that we are constantly working on network problems and due to more customer usage your speed has reduced and when we complain these things to customer service agents to transfer the call to their seniors or to put petition to solve this problems on my location they said there system has hanged so they can’t do anything and call again later after sometime.
