- Zomato delivered my order at a wrong address inspite of correct address mentioned by me in their app. And charged my card for the same.
- The reason given by them was because their system picked up a wrong location (approx 3 Kms away).
- Then they cancelled my order and delivered it back to the restaurant and refused to give refund.
- When I contacted the restaurant to pick up my order, they said Zomato did not return the order to them also.
- I tried telling the same to Zomato through Chat on the support section in their App but they also didn’t help inspite of following up for more than 1 hour.
- It’s a clear case of Cheating and Fraud.
